Born and raised in Los Angeles, Geselle Marie’s passion for hair began early and has shaped her 15+ year journey as a stylist and artist.
After honing her craft for over a decade in the fast-paced L.A. beauty scene, she relocated to Santa Cruz, bringing her signature blend of effortless style, technical precision, and personalized client care to the coast.

As a mother of three sons, Geselle deeply understands the power of feeling confident and polished — even with a busy lifestyle.
Her approach is rooted in creating low-maintenance, natural looks that empower clients to feel beautiful every day.

A dedicated lifelong learner, Geselle has studied under some of the industry’s most respected professionals, including Anh Co Tran and top Vidal Sassoon artists in Downtown Los Angeles.
Her expertise in Dry Cutting — cutting hair in its natural fall, not wet — allows her to craft tailored, wearable shapes that move effortlessly with each client’s lifestyle and texture.

At The Co-Artist Studio, Geselle offers custom color services including highlights, balayage, and full-color transformations, specializing in soft, natural blondes designed for easy grow-out and low-maintenance beauty between appointments.
